In this episode, we chat with Vic Clevenger The Cooking Comedian. I found his videos on FaceBook and had to have him on the show to talk about his BBQ journey. We were having trouble with my internet Connection but I did my best to save this great interview. I hope you enjoy it.

BROWN SUGAR & BOURBON GLAZE  (A gift fromThe Cooking Comedian)

1 tsp – Crushed Red Pepper

¼ tsp – Sea Salt

½ tsp – Ground Black Pepper

¼ Cup – Brown Sugar

¼ Cup of Bourbon

1/8 Cup of Worcestershire Sauce

1 Stick of butter

One cap of Vanilla Place butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, mix in the bourbon, Worcestershire and then the brown sugar. Once thoroughly mixed (I use a whisk or wooden spoon) turn down the heat to low and add the other ingredients. I save the vanilla for last after I have mixed it all together but that is just my preference. I like to brush this on the chicken (or whatever meat you would like) while it is still hot. You can also pour over the meat and let it soak before placing it on the grill. This will cover about six (6) chicken breasts.

Thanks for listening
