In this episode with Ralph I learned quite a bit. I am now a owner of a Weber GoAnywhere and currently trying to understand how to control my temps. This guy just makes you want to go outside fire up the smokers and just enjoy so me time. He has a very open mind when it comes to flavor profiles. He has an amazing team around him that completes the symphony. I love the power of the internet to make moments like this happen. ThanksRalph for finding the time to hang out.
