In this episode we chat with John Mark Kucera, Mark is personal friend living in Cabo San Lucas Mexico he owns several business here in Mexico. I met John years ago when he was opening one of his BBQ restaurants. He is the only guy here in Cabo I can talk barbecue too so I really enjoy spending time with him. This guy can cook and has an amazing passion for his family and friends. During the interview he had me laughing because he is the first guy that I asked  an interview question  and his answer was “Can you hold that thought while I get another beer”.  While waiting for his return I received a Skype call from my daughter Natasha Nishimura Mckenzie with the best gift a child can give their parents . Thats right I am going to be a Grandfather! Now back to John Mark he commented that he didn’t  have the greatest childhood and had to learn to cook good for for himself. He discover to cook low and slow on his own,  John started cooking on a Weber Kettle Grill and today cooks on a  Weber Smokey Mountain 22 inch. His go to fuel is Kingsford Blue Charcoal . His favorite protein to cook is Saint Louis  cut pork ribs . He makes his own rubs but says there never the same.
