In this episode we chat with Malcom Reed from How to BBQ right. Malcom is a professional Barbecue’er.  He has been cooking  in the competition barbecue circuit since 2001 with his team, Killer Hogs.  Along with his brother, Waylon Reed, they cook over 20 professional barbecue contests a year.

His my wife Rachelle  runs  his website, his YouTube Channel, there BBQ Shop and Barbecue Live Classes. They work hard and don’t get much time off, but we love what they do.

He has a passion for barbecue and cooking really good food. He has been a student of barbecue all his life and I always want to learn more. And loves to share his recipes too… that’s how this whole thing all got started.
