In this episode we chat with Jordan White from Big Trouble BBQ in Windsor, California. Jordan has a crazy passion for BBQ and love to share his tips and Ideals with others because so many have helped him on his BBQ journey. A friend gave him a turkey recipe and he has been hooked to Smoking meats every since.

He loves to cook on Weber products and loves them.I believe his new Weber Summit is by far his favorite. He really likes to entertain guest and share his food with friends and family.

In the podcast intro I said Jordan was from Chino California my mistake he is actually from Windsor , Ca. My apologies Jordan.
