In this episode we chat with Greg Courty from Santa Rosa California. Greg is a Member of Aces’s N Eights BBQ Team they’ve had some successful  competitions. This guy love to talk and cook BBQ, and his energy is off that chart’s. He comments that the reason he likes to smoke BBQ is that he is a big time foodie and he is also OCD always wanting to be the best. He gave us his rub recipe listed at the bottom of this article.
