I really enjoy his scientific ways of describe bbq science . Dave has more that 20 grills he could cook on WOW. In this episode he talks about his favorite method of cooking his favorite protein, (Steak) I cant wait to get my Slow N Sear here in Mexico so I can join in on the fun. Shabba Baby!
